Fine Art and Still Life

It wasn’t until my first college art class that I had tried drawing with charcoal. I learned quickly how to use it and fell in love with the texture and physicality of working with raw materials. Exploring and practicing with physical mediums enhanced my sense for practical and experimental design. I have also begun to explore photographic still life and experimenting with collage elements. Telling stories through pieced scenarios adds a bit of fun and spunk as well as allows me to put greater conceptual thought into my art.
